September 11, 2024 at 1:05 amWe had a pleasant one-night stay at Sleepy Hollow Campground. Arriving after the office closed (they close at 6pm) wasn’t an issue, as we easily found our site (31) and parked. Our site was located at the end near the entrance, which was quiet and peaceful.
The gravel pad was relatively level, and we appreciated the full hookups. The campground’s location is a major plus, being just a short walk (3 blocks) from downtown Wall and the famous Wall Drug. It’s easily walkable for those who are reasonably healthy.
What we liked:
– Quiet and peaceful environment
– Level gravel site
– Full hookups
– Convenient location near Wall Drug
What could be improved:
Nothing major, just a minor consideration for those expecting a more central location within the campground.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider Sleepy Hollow Campground again if passing through Wall.
