Reservations at this facility prevents other visitors from using these sites, so it's important to plan your stay as much in advance as possible. In case you need to make changes to your reservation, you have the option to do so via the "My Reservations" portal.

For completely different stay dates, there is a $10 change fee per reserved site. However, adding or removing nights or changing to a different campsite won't incur any additional fees. Your balance will be adjusted based on the new nightly rate.

In case you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so anytime before the date of your scheduled arrival. You will receive a refund for your stay, minus the $10 cancellation fee, any reservation fees (if paid when booking), and any previous change fees.

It's important to note that late cancellations may also carry penalties. For individual campsites, a late cancellation is considered if it's made starting from midnight 1 calendar day before your scheduled check-in. For cabins and group sites, it's considered late if it's made starting from midnight 14 calendar days or fewer before your scheduled check-in. In addition to the fees mentioned above, a late cancellation will also subtract the first night's recreation use fee from any refund owed.

Once your expected check-in day arrives, cancellations or changes to your stay are not possible through My Reservations and are at the discretion of the facility. On-site personnel may not be able to assist with late cancellations, no shows, or early departures and these changes may carry penalties and forfeit recreation use fees.
